I set renderer and modify title tag in renderer like this:

myRender.heading = (text, level) => `
<h${level} class="">
    <a class="anchor">
        ${text}
    </a>
</h${level}>`;

so, the magic-md2html can not work！

the reason is : tag modifier <h1 class=""> has inner line-wrap，
change to format below:

myRender.heading = (text, level) => `
<h${level} class=""><a class="anchor">${text}</a></h${level}>`;

It works now!

if I write md file like below:

# h1 title

## h2 title

### h3 title

### h3 title

the ToC in output file will wrap other contents in html~

then I tried another way, md format like below:

# h1 title

## h2 title

### h3 title

### h3 title

## h2 title

I got right output!

so, there is a logic error in tools~ I will fix it in next version soon~
