Even if it goes to the top level, we should make sure anyone visiting the old cn.docs.vapor.codes site get redirected to the new one

We've just launched real localisation support for the main documentation site to allow us to support any language required. Could you migrate the translated pages over to their respective pages in the main site, as described in the README?

Once we've done that we can archive this repo and redirect requests to the main docs site

It'd be best if someone who actually speaks/writes Chinese goes over the 404 page in the theme folder to make sure the text listed is written correctly. (As I have used DeepL to translate to Chinese)

After several recent PRs were merged, it was not updated to the website: https://cn.docs.vapor.codes/4.0/deploy/heroku/
I'm not quite sure which step is the issue.

Can you help to check this ./github-actions/deploy-docs-cn.sh script on Ubuntu server?
