Given a year, this program returns whether that year is a leap year or not. The intent of this project is to learn how to set up the project structure needed for test driven development with MSTest and C#.

• Clone this project using the 'git clone' command in terminal.
• Open the cloned repo in a text editor of your choice.

There are no known bugs at this time.
