The purpose of this project is to keep a record of all patients who receive treatment at Medicare Eye Hospital, a fictitious hospital. I have used object oriented programming and data file handling to build this project which also allows the user to edit existing patient records.

This program has been created in Borland C++

The user must first select an option among those available in the main menu. For instance, the 'ENTER PATIENT DETAILS' option allows the user to create a new patient record. To add details of more patients on the same file, the user must select 'ADD NEW RECORD' after choosing option 1. Once the user selects an option and completes the corresponding task, a list of options pops up, asking the user what should be done next.
