We at VersionEye are working hard to keep up the quality of the bower's registry.

We just finished our initial analysis of the quality of the Bower.io registry:

7530 - registered packages, 224 of them doesnt exists anymore;

We analysed 7306 existing packages and 1070 of them don't have bower.json on the master branch ( that's where a Bower client pulls a data ).

Sadly, your library jqui-dot-net/jQuery-mutate is one of them.

Can you spare 15 minutes to help us to make Bower better?

Just add a new file bower.json and change attributes.

Read more about bower.json on the official spefication and nodejs semver library has great examples of proper versioning.

NB! Please validate your bower.json with jsonlint before commiting your updates.

VersionEye - no more legacy software!

While it is easy enough to use JSBeautifier or one of many alternatives to unminify the source code, it would be nice to have immediate access to the source code for the library from the repository.

Is there a way to detach an event handler added by this lib?

For my use case, only the first change is used, so it would be cleaner to stop listening once that event has fired.

Without a licence your project is formally all rights reserved, so it would be great if you could add a licence to your code - ideally for me it would be best if it was licensed under MIT licence like jQuery - https://jquery.org/license/.

You can do this by adding a comment like the following to the top of your source code files.

Please, create git tag on releases, so when using bower package manager is possible to define a fixed version and not get updates.

In POC that I am working, I noticed if there are many events firing at the same time and some of them got missed. That gives unexpected result.

Is there any work around for this?
