I'm trying to use your code as an example, but I keep running into the above error message. I have a somewhat clean install of python3.7.5 with pyarrow 3.0.0. I compile your code using the setup.py file then back out of the directory and enter into the python terminal. From there I try to run from vaex_arrow_ext import ext but get the above error message.

I also run in to this same problem with my own code. Any thoughts on this? I've been struggling with this for about two weeks now and any help would be greatly appreciated.
