LICENSE file is missing

Please provide a license file. Something like an MIT license might be appropriate, but there are many open source licenses to choose from.

Could not fetch image. Try adjusting the parameters.

Describe the bug
Whatever values I enter I get the error "Could not fetch image. Try adjusting the parameters."

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

I downloaded the code .zip file - > unzipped
in Windows 11 cmd, I navigated to the "src" folder
I ran the following commands, it takes sometime to run, then it gives the same message for all values I try
python get_image.py -LAT 25.99 -LON -80.12 -DATE 2021-10-1 -DIM 0.15 --info --save soso.jpg

python get_image.py -LAT 241.72 -LON -97.95
