Copy file attribute aware

Currently, the copy operations (during backup and restore) seem to ignore the attributes of the files and folders (like hidden, system, etc.)

TODO:

Keep the attributes.

Optionally: Also keep the file and folder dates.

Restore did not work on first try

I backuped a subversioned VS-Project folder. After trying restoring it the whole folder was empty. Then after a second try the restore progress seemed to finish correctly.
