When losing RC signal for 0.5 seconds (default, COM_RC_LOSS_T)
NAV_RCL_ACT is set to Lockdown(6) by default, this may cause loss of the vehicle while only operating with GCS.

Need to set this parameter default to other than Lockdown(6) & Terminate(5),
I suggest set default to Land since it only requires local position(optical flow & lidar fusion) alone,
while Hold(1) & Return(2) modes requires global position.

Should exclude Draco.

Release 0.9.0 test requested.

• Set SYS_AUTOSTART = 4073 (IFO-S).
• Test smart battery.
• Test flow.
• Test range sensor.
• Test indoor flight with flow.
• Check battery indicator on QGC.
• Check altitude gain.
• Report result of following command.
  nsh> listener battery_status
• Parameter reset by SYS_AUTOCONFIG = 2. Check calibraiton parameter is not invalidated.

Let's log test result while we are testing 10-inch propulsion.

Recent latest updated firmware did tested well on IFO but yet tested on Draco & Draco-R.
We need to test these vehicles soon.
