adjust app settings for linux

Maybe with a logic for windows/linux?

The goal is to add as many components to the terraform module as possible.
Best case would be to not need to use the powershell script anymore.

• create main App Reg

  • add redirect URI of main/traffic manager/custom domain

• create CM app reg

  • redirect URI of CM

• set roles/permissions

• add scepman name to App Reg Name in case of multiple scepman instances?

Features:

• add traffic manager
• add custom-domain (or use traffic manager default)
  • apply in app config
• add georedundancy app + appservice
• set to GRS instead of LRS in storage account

Variables/Settings:

• georedundancy_enabled (default: false)
• georedundancy_region (default: anti-region of main)
• georedundancy_subscription (default: same as main)
• georedundancy_rg (default: same as main)

• add private endpoints to storage + kv
• add vnet-integration to app(s)
• adjust networking + rules
• block external access

• switch to .net v8.0
• upgrade provider version
