SteamVR Lighthouse Control

Occasionally, I get an issue where the app cannot find any lighthouses (or can only find one), and the following errors are shown in the console:
ERROR btleplug::winrtble::peripheral > get_characteristics_async Other("Error { code: 0x8000000E, message: A method was called at an unexpected time.\r\n }")
ERROR btleplug::winrtble::peripheral > get_characteristics_async Other("get_characteristics for GattDeviceService(IUnknown(0x24ca5f05ba0)) failed: Ok(GattCommunicationStatus(3))")
Pressing refresh will sometimes repeat the same errors.
I'm running Windows 11.
