Do you know if it's possible to deploy it from uPortal-start ? My problem is at the step that doesn't init the database, it's failing without really information. Is the doc up to date ?

This project is a Form Builder Microservice. It will offer (assuming we don't pursue GraphQL) REST endpoints for accessing & manipulating forms and user responses to forms.

This task (ticket) is to set up a sample controller with a sample endpoint that represents our fundamental tech choices:

• Spring Boot
• REST w/ JSON
• Spring Security
• OAuth & OpenID Connect
• API documentation in Swagger

For integration with uPortal-start.

This project needs to honor...

• global.properties
• fbms.properties
  withe the later trumping the former.

POST /api/v1/forms (root URI of the FormsRestController)

JS is blocked from accessing headers without Access-Control-Expose-Headers.
