Move CG back

The tail fin on the bottom side of the fuselage is a known weakness on the plane. We sheared off our first one recently.

The white foam was pretty visible when we tested night flights. We should experiment with darkening the underside of the plane with matte colors.

Here are some comments from Mel when I suggested spray painting: "In terms of painting, this is what I've gathered over the last year... It can be a real challenge to get any paint to stick to the EPO that these planes are made of. We have been testing some different preparations of paint (such as Shellac) to try and get a better result. One thing that is imperative is to use some denatured alcohol to rub and prepare the EPO prior to painting to remove the mold release coating on the surface. If I or some of the others happen upon a improved method I will definitely pass it on. We've also run into a few glues (like Shoe goo) that melt this particular type of EPO. I mention this only because it's conceivable that there are also some types of paint that the material could also be sensitive too. "
