Update frontpage to show KnowPulse overview (sales/landing page) and knowledge-based help (orientation page) pages.

1. Update context menu to include a links to pages.
2. Register a page address using hook_menu().

• More info icon in Data Available does not show details about data.
• Some broken links in Rawphenotypes user navigation block.

Simplify frontend to address issues such as site being complicated, information not apparent and overall layout is overwhelming. This proposed layout focuses on Crops, Tools and Data. Additional sections such as news and events, are relocated towards the 2nd fold of layout.

Specifically, we need to add

• VCF Position search
• MapViewer

Notes:

1. Apply diagonal border lines identical to news and updates section.
2. Rotate value of source project selection field to include other crops.
3. Include a priority field for ordering purpose.
4. Change style of select box.
5. Include funders logo

• Create a publications section that will list/show publications
• Make publications section accessible in KP homepage

The .module file implements a hook_preprocess_page with reference to a different module kptheme

To be made Tripal v3 compatible this module simply needs the dependency in the .info file changed from tripal_core to tripal.

This is due to the main change between Tripal v2 and Tripal v3 being Nodes => Entities and this module does not interact with Tripal Nodes.

Data part is vertically listed when the frontpage is opened by a smaller monitor. Layout for data part doesn't change on big monitors.
