Hi this sounds like a really sweet plug-in! I'm just having trouble getting it to work.
So I've downloaded the files and added them to my engine plug-in folder ...UE_4.24\Engine\Plugins
and then I created a blank project and enabled it from the Plug-Ins menu in the Editor -
But then I get an error saying that:
"The following modules are missing or build with a different engine version:
FFTOcean
Would you like to rebuild them now?"

and if I select yes after a few moment I get the following message:
"Project_File could not be compiled. Try rebuilding from source manually."

I'm not really familiar with Unreal plug-ins or building from source manually so any help would be SUUUPER appreciated!

Given the current shader based approach, can the height values for a point on the xy plane be queried from the CPU.
