videojs (and more generally html5) only handle webvtt subtitles.
Looking at this, I found that UMS only provide one subtitle even if more than one is present.
This may need a fix.
Otherwise, for srt file, it should be transcoded in webvtt file.

I think same problem here. No way to load subs on Web Player, renaming, adding -force tags, changing priorities. all tried. nothing is shown. (Windows11 on Chrome)
