From a first look, it seems the generated element IDs are only unique per visualization and jquery selects hit everything by default. Fix: use unique IDs.

Unique ids is what I tried before even filing this bug. Doesn't seem to work:

Sorry, I wasn't clear there -- the system generates IDs for each SVG element in the visualization, and highlighting is done based on jquery selects for these IDs. The visualization generation is the one that should use unique IDs, i.e. the error is mine.
