A few example schemas for Senators

Figure out a schema for describing individual Senators' forms that would provide an automated tool enough information to submit that form.

We're about to send you hundreds of emails

To manage people "claiming" members of Congress to work on, I think the easiest way is to create an open issue for every person. To claim that person, you would assign the ticket to yourself, and when you're done, you close the issue.

We can generate all these tickets programmatically, but if you're reading this over email, it will email you upon creating every ticket.

We'll do this tomorrow morning, barring objection. I'll close this ticket when it's done.
