Each received line of log should be filtered
it should be possible to filter by container name and substring

container filters work before global filters, so event can be filtered by global filters even if it passed containter filter

example:

  events:
    include: 
    exclude:

container:
  events:
    include:

  names:

      logs:
        events:

          exclude:

this configuration won't pass any event at all but it is expected that container configuration works independent of global

App should send a heartbeat message to tg once a day

change filter to empty == nothing and * - all

Now filtering by container name is implemented in MessageFilter but all unneeded events can be avoided at all if we simply wouldn't subscribe to them

after start tglog should send message to tg channel. all filters should be included into this message

telegram can return Error while sending message: Too Many Requests: retry after 41 error: 429

• Get logs from all running docker containers
• attach to a newly created ones

now string 'container1, container2' is parsed like 'container1'. ' container2' and it will break expectaions

• add telegram settings to env
• add class to send message with log line, it should contain container name and log line (no parsing or any other complicated logic)
