Messages in whatsapp separated by new line won't have newline in telegram.

Captions for photos are received in telegram, but it fails for photos.

Images store the text if any in caption attribute of the message. So I made the bot send the caption attribute for all media.

Videos must have a different attribute probably.

i want to slowly migrate to telegram, i guess this app is a brigde to that purpose, but i have one question is still usable with the newest update from Whatsapp and Telegram side?

I dont understood this part.I completed by scanning whatsapp code,and recieved a message in my telegram channel like Channel successfully linked with Whatsapp Chat Whatsapp Chat

but my group is different.where should i add my group name ?

Can you add https://tamtam.chat bridge ? It is similar to telegram.

TamTam officially supports bot api,If you can create Bridge between Telegram to TamTam and viceversa.That will be very helpful to transfer files and more.

Also officially supports bot api too https://dev.tamtam.chat/

The attachments in whatsapp won't be sent to telegram.
