Hi,

I am trying to get the Release Key by the creating a new test event based on the "connect-contact-flow-event" event template (with my folderID and process name) provided in the last part of the article.

But I am getting an error stating "HTTP call to 'https://cloud.uipath.com//ctsqrgyvsd/UiPathLearningTenant/odata/Releases?$filter=Name%20eq%20'BillLookup')' failed with statusCode 400".

Below is my Input:

Note: I have provided correct folderId and processName

Could you please let me know how to resolve this issue.

We are trying to setup the UIPath-Connect demo, while using the provided cloud formation stack template, we are getting the below error on the UiPathQueryRelease & UiPathAuthenticate lambda functions:
Your access has been denied by S3, please make sure your request credentials have permission to GetObject for uipath-contact-center/UiPathContactCenterQueryRelease.zip. S3 Error Code: AccessDenied. S3 Error Message: Access Denied (Service: AWSLambdaInternal; Status Code: 403; Error Code: AccessDeniedException; Request ID: 1d4c042d-982f-4532-b9de-3b909b53dcca)

Looks like we don't have access to the S3 buckets for the UiPathContactCenterAuthenticate resource.

Thanks for your speedy response last time. When I try to save the ReleaseKey Lambda function, I face an authorization issue due to changing user key. Is there an other way to retrieve it?

Hi,
Could you please explain what the UiPath workflow would contain exactly? Also, by when will this project be done? I know you said June 2020 but I just want to confirm. I'm new to github so don't exactly know if this is the right place to ask. My apologies if it isin't.
