The current version of README.md does not provide up-to-date information on the TSD-File-API-client maven artifact.

Update release.yml workflow

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
No.

Describe the solution you'd like
The release.yml workflow is still using Bintray repo to deploy the Maven artifact.
