some conflict with the other form on page

longer term idea: make data page place for publishing all library data (such as stuff from Spec) and documentation of data sources for library stuff.

• fix sidebar so scroll happens within dropdown (other search categories should still be visible)

currently in main-web-redesign, assets/data/all-collections.json generated from _data/digital_all_collections.csv

advantage of moving it:

• the definitive csv is in this repo, so not best to keep multiple versions up-to-date

disadvantage of moving it:

• all current collectionbuilder-cdm-template collections refer to the main-web version using digital using site.digital-assets which points to the current location. so sort of makes sense to keep all assets in the same place?

provide summary, instruction/ orientation to how to use the digital collections
= accessibility/usability guideline.

home-infographic.html sets #jumbotron-cdil height: 60vh;

@owikle i don't think vh quite works for the feature, since it means that the size of the jumbotron changes based on the height of the browser--i just noticed on a laptop, with a fairly narrow height browser window that the jumbotron is thus smaller than the box of text (would probably be same on mobile landscape). It is just a full width div section, so doesn't have to be responsive in that way, and probably just can be sized using padding around the text box?

@dcnb the table looks pretty good! Needs a better way to sort subjects though, since that would probably be a big use case...
