You can use the following commands to setup a virtual environment and install dependencies

python3 -m venv .venv
source .venv/bin/activate
python3 -m pip install -r requirements.txt

You can use the following command to run the script

python3 main.py 2022-01-01T00:00:00Z 2022-12-31T23:17:00Z

After running the script for a span of year as recommended in the instructions, it used around %5 CPU and exactly %0.3 Memory.
