Spawn Blood Decals on Trees when we punch them.
Add the ability to sort servers ascending or descending by player count, ping, and other information.
Do not play "HitObject" Sound, if we do not hit an object while punching.
When we hit something with a gun bullet, we should get some sort of feedback
This should be for ALL projectiles, bow & arrow, crossbow, bullets...etc
Spawn Wood Chips, Thatch "Chips" and other small particles when we place these structure types
External Inventory Size needs to be resized to keep resolution of icons
This widget should be hidden by default.
Should be storing more client information for legal reasons (such as IP Addresses)
Pressing Escape should close ALL menus
Bow & Arrow
What is needed:
Bow animations for the string being bulled back (I tried this with a rigged bow, if you take one of the bones and socket it to the fingers, it looks fine)
You need a character animation holding the bow in idle, as well as aiming
You need to make sure you have proper aim space for when you look up and down the bow should always be in our hands, and the arrow itself should not move
You need the projectile to feel tight, but also visible and fast.
You need something to alert you or give feedback when you hit something (a red circle, or some sort of sound when it hits or when it misses)
Make sure BiomeSpawner has the ability to control max level of NPCs within a range.
Some of the player starts are incorrect
E to remove structures not working
This is probably because its being blocked by one of the colliders for temperature volumes. Need to change this to use a multi line trace, or just remove the hit thatch blocking it.
Reload Animation Keeps replaying
Beach sounds are incredibly loud, need to test others while at max volume
Too Bright At Night
Add more Game.ini configuration options such as server password...etc
Add the ability for users to paint their structures
Line trace persistent line on Foundations. Also need to add this trace to be on all sides of the bounding box.
New Player Issue
New Player Connects to Server
Character is Created => Not saved to db
New Player Suicides, or gets killed => Respawns, but without inventory hud
Player Suicides, or gets killed again => Cannot respawn.
Increase number of NPCs on main map again
Add in the lower level resource tools (stone tools)
Customizeable/Readable Sign Structure
A simple static structure with customizeable text/color for warding off your enemies. Or inviting them in so you can shoot them. Or both.
Use a curve to determine player movement speed by weight
Sound System is playing the same sound on the beach too many time. Should be a "Sound Loop" and not a "Sound"
Unequip option, duplicates items (Right click => UnEquip)
Day night cycle seems to be moving faster than it should be.
If we die while a menu is opened it cannot be removed.
Add Footstep Decals to player walking
Add Item Durability
Items should break after X number of usage, or perhaps based on a time variable. Should require resources to repair. However, some items may not be repairable.
Add in pickaxe item
Foliage for little flowers on the beach should not have collision, should have the same collision as other shrubbery.
Add clothing as craftable item
When we equip pants, the loin cloth should be hidden, and when we unequip pants, it should be shown again.
Sound on the beach is WAY too loud
Server Administration Tool
Decrease Interact Range (E) Range
Make NPCs able to attack player structures instead of the player if they are hiding in a building
Lag Testing
Need to test some issues with dedicated server lag when using large amounts of NPC Actors.
Setup other clothing pieces (Hat, and Boots)
Level up Points are not saved to player database table.
Add Delay on (E) foliage gathering so that users cannot spam E and spam RPCs to the server
Remove "Users Online" feature. We can come up with a better method for this such as an API later on.
Move Veritex Logo should not cover
Remove the whole date time from server name
Add button inside of camp fire to light or unlight fire
When we die, it should say what we died from...
If we die, it should say what we died from, for example:
An NPC, what level, what type
A player, player name, player level, tribe
Food, starvation
Water, dehydration
Oxygen, Drowning
And more.
Add line traces when moving structure to stop the sinking
Increased Max Level to 99
MaxHealth on NPCs is not always properly replicated to clients
