Unfortunately Xilinx Vivado is required since the PCILeech solutions all use the Artix7 chip from Xilinx. There is no way around this. This is nothing I can do something about.

You don't need to be located in the US (I'm located in the EU as instance, and I think they download from the rest of the world as well including China) and you shouldn't be required to have a company.

I'm closing this issue since it's nothing I can do about it if you have issues downloading Vivado. In that case you'd have to contact AMD/Xilinx about it.
