Sometimes when you're looking for a server to play on you would be looking at ads. However, if you was to enable ads you would get flooded by bots and high-rank players shoving their pay-to-win server in your face constantly. What could solve this is a setting to allow ads from certain ranks - say, default + VIP (or whatever the player decides, ignoring the cosmetic event tags).

I'm not sure if this would be possible to filter out certain ranks due to the cosmetic tags, but at the very least you would be able to filter between default/old-rank players and subscription-rank players due to chat colour.

People have been advertising in the public chat recently to get around the /ad limitations. As a result, the feature in this mod for blocking ads is no longer as effective because you'll still see people advertising in the chat.

I could just use a chat mod, but I don't want to turn it off every time I join a server, and I don't think there are any that can detect when you are on a Minehut server and not the lobby, let alone enable/disable it when on a specific server.

It would probably be better if you able to add custom blocked words/phrases as well.

Enabling the chat_phrase_filter module and trying to add a filter (eg. /poinpow chat_phrase_filter add "msg") yields the following error in the chat:

Cannot invoke "java.util.ArrayList.iterator()" because "com.udu3324.poinpow.utils.ChatPhraseFilter.list" is null
