The tutorial for Creating a Hyperledger Composer Solution in https://github.com/hyperledger/composer/wiki/Tutorial-2 does not work for Hyperledger fabric v1. Update it to work with hlfv1.

Things that need to change:

• Show that tutorial is for hlfv1 in the intro
• Bring out that in the Quick Start, the hlfv1 sample should be installed
• Update commands for deploying and testing the network. The -p option with hlfv1 as the profile should now be part of command
• Add a one liner for generating a test rest api in addition to having the option to just run composer-rest-server interactively
