Hi @sgodanas,
I am still working on the support of OpenTimelineIO and Python 3.10. Not so easy. Idealy this should leads to a wheel officialy provided by the OTIO team, but we are not there yet.
In the mean time the current version is working on Blender 3.1, except for the OTIO imports.

Here it is, at last! Support for Blender 3.1! With OpenTimelineIO and all!
Sorry for the delay, getting the OpenTimelineIO wheels for Python 3.10 was a bit of a challenge for me π
So here is Shot Manager v1.7.16. Can you give it a try and let me know if you face some issue?
