When you aren't in control of what order these filters are loaded - ie, in a headless run of some jasmine unit tests. (grunt-jasmine)

This error appears:

TypeError: 'undefined' is not an object (evaluating 'createjs.Filter.prototype') at
public/javascripts/vendor/easeljs-filters/filters-for-easeljs-0.2.0.min.js:5
public/javascripts/vendor/easeljs-filters/filters-for-easeljs-0.2.0.min.js:5

Is there a good way to ensure filters are loaded after createjs library when loading these libraries outside a browser?
