SpellingUkraine is a project that aims to promote the correct spelling of Ukrainian toponyms, personal names, and other words in English. It's comprised of a website where you can quickly look up how to write individual names, as well as a set of bots that detect typical spelling mistakes online and correct them automatically.

Add Starokostiantyniv city

Details

Add Starokostyantyniv as a city, because it gets frequently misspelled as Starokonstantinov (from russian spelling)

Add pronunciation guides

Currently, there is a "pronounce" button but it's based on the English spelling and different speech synthesis voices pronounce it differently, sometimes completely incorrectly.

We need to figure out if there is a way to more accurately control how the words are pronounced, potentially with spelling guides of some sort (i.e. kee-yiv for Kyiv, etc.)
