指定 python 版本

pipx listcommitizen and pre-commit - 規格化 commit 以及 pre-commit
pip-audit - 檢查 packages 安全性.
首先, 不要用 sudo/admin 下載 packages.
pip install pip-audit
使用方法很簡單, pip-audit --fix 直接幫你更新有問題的 packages.
pyenv - 更好用的 python 管理虛擬環境工具(管理多版本)
pip-tools_tutorial - 幫你管理依賴套件的版本
基本上，每個 python 檔案都可以直接執行。
