It would be nice to be able to test more than just the basic loads without a real API connection. Contemplate ways to fake it and make the tests more meaningful without a live API connection.

Four tests failing in t/domain-create.t due to odd behavior on State/Province setting in contacts:

Submitted a thread on Namecheap API forum at http://community.namecheap.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=3957 to try to understand what's going on, may just have to test around their behavior depending on the answer.

I've run into an issue where I have too many DNS entries and setHosts generates a URL that is longer than the max for a GET request. The Namecheap API documentation recommends using a POST: http://www.namecheap.com/support/api/domains-dns/namecheap.domains.dns.setHosts.aspx

The example code, given here http://search.cpan.org/~twilde/WWW-Namecheap-API-0.05/lib/WWW/Namecheap/API.pm doesn't work. It yields the following error:

Not an ARRAY reference at /usr/local/share/perl/5.14.2/WWW/Namecheap/Domain.pm line 91.

On this line, @ should be %.
