prelogging's Issues

Incomplete sentence in README.rst

Line 148 of README.rst contains an incomplete sentence.

This is the fragment; line 148 is the one that says "If you want to change"

Presumably this should be removed or completed.

When you've added all the elements you require, a call to the instance's ``config()``
method results in a call to ``dictConfig()``, which configures logging.
If you want to change
At this point, you are most likely done with the ``LCDict`` instance. You access
loggers with the ``logging.getLogger(name)`` function, as usual, using the ``name``\s
you gave them.

Blank line in README.rst leading to strange linebreak in rendered version.

Line 210, the blank line in the following section, leads to a strange linebreak in the rendered output:

**Note**: Already these requirements exceed the abilities of
`logging.basicConfig() <https://docs.python.org/3/library/logging.html#logging.basicConfig>`_

when used to configure logging in a single call. Used in that manner, the function
can create a stream handler or a file handler, but not both.
