The method for displaying days in advance per location is wrong, depending on the current week day. On mondays it's fine but as the days advance it calcs wrong final dates. Also should respect closing dates.

There seems to be a CSS problem on the start page. When viewing with small screens (smartphones) the column count swtiches from 3 to 5. I assume it should be 3 to 1.

Since the readme gets more and more content we should move it the github repository wiki.

If we have a positive COVID-19-case and the user was present in multiple locations on multiple dates, we should include location and date in the user report output file name, e.g. get_user_info_corona_LOCATION_DATE.ids . Otherwise it's a bit cumbersome since we have to manually rename the files after each run for further processing.

We should add a general admin account to .env file. Then this account can distribute admin rights to certain users.

Since we experience bookings where the people are not showing up (60-70% bookings with checkin on some days).

There are several scenarios to deal with it:

1. We could consider to vacate bookings after a certain amount of hours without checkin. Of course, this affects people who book a time slot, but are only able to come in later because of work etc. We could offer an option "Comes in later" where the user booking would be excluded from the wiping.

2. We could consider a ban for users who regularly do not show up, e.g. no bookings possible for x days.

3. We could cross our fingers that the introduction of multiple time slots per day solves this issue.

Thoughts on this are highly appreciated.

• set check-in/check-out refresh to custom value (in seconds)
