ember-cli-deploy-ftp's Issues

No files uploaded to the server

When I run ember deploy production --verbose --activate=true everything works fine except the upload part. The commandline output looks like this:

...
+- upload
|  |
|  +- ftp
- preparing to upload to FTP host `IP`
MacBook:directory username$

Is this the expected output? It seems to me that something is prepared but never uploaded. If I have a look at /var/www/ on my server I cannot find the expected files.

My config looks like follows:

  var ENV = {
    build: {
      outputPath: 'tmp/deploy-dist'
    },
    'revision-data': {
      type: 'git-commit'
    },
    'ftp': {
      host: 'IP',
      port: port-number,
      username: 'user',
      password: process.env.FTP_PASSWORD,
      remoteRoot: '/var/www/'
    }

    // include other plugin configuration that applies to all deploy targets here
  };

Requires localRoot

when running it fails when reading localRoot from config
no trace of localRoot in docs, and even when added to config - it is not being read
