I am using it in a Google Sheet that you have provided. All runs smothly but I am seing the following error message every few minutes....

Any chance you have some advice on how to fix it?

The message should be sent once on change of status, respectively, from UP to DOWN and vice versa.

This looks like a great solution! An issue I encountered is that the Google Sheet included in "Copy this sample spreadsheet to your Google Drive" is access denied. Not sure if this is by design to monitor usage or incorrect sharing settings. Would be good to fix the link or explain the access process.

Enable Google Chat notifications for script errors.

When the list of target websites to monitor is updated to make the list shorter, an error is thrown:
