We bench only parsing of date/time, but also would be nice to compare datetime + period operations for various implementations.

There is hypothesis that if we rewrite manual c-dt switch (which, via their smart set of heuristics, is actually implementing some sort of DFA) to some sort of lexer, statically built using RE2C, then we could become even faster.

Need to verify this hypothesis or reject.

Google Test and Google benchmark are not handled transparently, and were not yet integrated to the cmake scripts fully.
We should rather add their support, and suggestion is - to use a set of ExternalProject_Add instructions completed with virtual targets.
