Describe the bug
Tags passed as a slice in the import-scan functionality are not passed correctly to the API endpoint. They are currently represented in a Go slice format like [one two three] and are not correctly parsed as separate tags by DefectDojo.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Try to import scan with multiple tags associated
• Validate if tags are correctly parsed as separate ones in DefectDojo

Expected behavior
Tags should be in the format one, two, three and parsed correctly as part of FormData.

Implement 'import-scan'

Implement 'product_types':

• Get list of product types
• Create a new one
• Update team name of existing one

• Search by ID

• Get all
• Get by ID

• Create new technology

Implement 'engagements':

• Search by ID
• Create new Engagement

Add tests for package 'defectdojo'.
