Hello,
I used the plugin for the first time and I am excited.
Unfortunately I have the following problem. When I upload a photo, which has coordinates in the exif, to Wikimedia, I get an error message that the coordinate format is wrong.
This is the format in which the coordinates are uploaded to Wikimedia: {{location |1=50,264978018889 |2=10,076506733889 }}.
If I replace the commas with dots, the coordinate format is correct.

Add Wikipedia links to descriptions. The parser would need to be aware of the main language (main description) or the language template in use.

eg:
language template without link: {{en|Eddy Merckx metro station entrance}}
language template with link to parse: {{en|[[Eddy Merckx metro station]] entrance}}
language template with link parsed: {{en|[[:en:Eddy Merckx metro station|Eddy Merckx metro station]] entrance}}

Either a separate widget in the export panel, or detect language templates (like {{fr|1=description en francais}} and add them to "|description=".
imo the latter option is better because it's cleaner and the description is saved in the file metadata, but it requires looking for every language code.

If the locale is not set to US English, the camera categories can use the wrong decimal separator (eg: "Category:Lens focal length 53,0 mm"). Moreover there should be no decimal (.0) if the number is an integer.

I installed a new version 3.8.0 of darktable , now dtMediaWiki doesn't work anymore.
I get the following error message: "contib/dtMediaWiki failed to load".

What could be the reason for this?

could someone explain to me, how to upload a modified version of an image. I have already tried everything. Where do you enter "alt: filename"?

Darktable adds a separate tag for whatever follows a comma, so "Category:Église Saint-Rémi, Ottignies" becomes "Category:Église Saint-Rémi" and "Ottignies" (which is not taken into account).
