Delayed-post feature, does not use datetime picker
Current input is clunky and requires typing a formatted string "#h #m'
Better to use a datetime picker and convert time deltas to a delay.

Users without any public imgur post makes it seem like extension is broken.
- Log into an imgur account without any posts.
- Start the initial gather.
Result: The progress bar goes from 0->100% and nothing else happens.
