"DTCPW" expands to "dumbest thing that could possibly work", and that is descriptive. But the name sucks. the package name of pydumb sucks. Need a new name.

This project needs a license that isn't "fuck off"

There needs to be testing for robustness - it needs to work in a large variety of situations, and I just haven't gotten to that yet

ResourceHacker was the simplest solution i could think of to update icons on the executables produced by distlib. This is non-ideal, and there should be a way to do this without downloading another application.

Ideas include building an extension module myself or hacking at it in ctypes. PyWin32 might also be helpful.

Currently, tkinter is installed by downloading the appropriate python installer, downloading WIX for the dark.exe decompiler, extracting the appropriate msi file, then extracting the msi file. It would be ideal if that wasn't the workflow.

a subcommand to add [project name] (see #2) to a pyproject.toml file, or create one if it doesn't already exist.
