• give the admin the ability to enter multiple tickets at one time
• they should be able to re-order them on the fly
• when the game admin finishes the current round, it should automatically move to the next ticket

When a player joins an existing game, they will be sent the game state - at the moment, this state doesn't include the optional URL to the current ticket (which gets sent in a RESET message).

The server should cache the URL in the state somewhere and ensure it also gets sent back to the user who joined.

As well, it would be nice to have a flag in the Game model that signifies if a round is in progress, and this can be sent to the client in order to let the client know it needs to update its UI for this state.
