License of Dark Destiny? about opensourcegames HOT 7 CLOSED

https://sourceforge.net/p/darkdestiny/code/HEAD/tree/doc/readme.txt mentions the license is GPL but no source file has any notice. However, the project uses MIT and GPL licensed code.

I didn't get a reply from zhdophanti, so I wrote to the other author desertratx (http://sourceforge.net/u/desertratx/).

nearly all the CGI artwork was done by desertratx but i just asked him and it is fine for him if you use or modify it, the hand-drawn pictures are done by some other guy but we did not had contact to him in a long time, but i don't think it will be any kind of problem.
So artwork and the code can be freely used for modifcation and sharing.

Need to check again how the licenses are added to the sources. I may reply and propose to add a more explicit license information directly to the sources.

I converted the SVN sources to Git and put them on Gitlab (https://gitlab.com/osgames/darkdestiny) with a reference to the original project. I will add an entry and inform the authors about it.
