Link Criteria to explanatory popups about upvote HOT 3 OPEN

It wasn't actually described in detail, and we're definitely gonna improve this next year as for example Fun and Gameplay are very similar, while we're missing Sound/Music. I'd say it could be something along the lines of:

Innovation - is the game unique in terms of game mechanic or core idea?
Fun - did you enjoyed playing the game?
Theme - is the game implementing the given theme in its core mechanic, or only adding it to the name?
Gameplay - how well does the game progress feel?
Graphics - does it look good and have a consistent art style?
Technical - does it work smoothly, have no errors or glitches?

But feel free to suggest better descriptions as I come up with the above right now.

That both could be hard to read/confusing on mobile, a separate "help" section (collapsed by default) might be a better option. Or a descripton on the main page.
