Disable sorting when HeadCell component is disabled.

When a table cell or row can be clicked to take an action, what's the best way to handle that for the best accessibility? Stick a button inside the element if it can be clicked on? Add some sort of aria attribute to indicate the cell is clickable/actionable? Something else? Is there some keyboard navigation that's expected?

Because it jacks everything up. Separate Storybook for those stories?

Pass disabled value to Checkbox via context? So you don't have to set disabled on both components?

The API requires at least two renders when updating props on child components, because they have to dispatch the new props up to Table.Provider. This causes at least two renders per prop update. This may be bad news bears, but better measure the performance against other data table components with similar data sets, just to be sure.
