Hi, there are 3 download options. One is for any operating system running on Mono without global hotkey support, so you have to pick one of the two Windows versions that are supporting global hotkeys. The two Windows version only differ in the installer, one is with and one without installer. Their feature set is the same.
As of now you could use this version, for example: https://github.com/topeterk/HitCounterManager/releases/download/1.20.0.0/HitCounterManager_Windows_Setup_v1.20.0.0.msi
