i updated the relevant wiki article (+ a few minor cosmetic fixes and less noticeable legacies cleanup), please review the changes and check they work right for you.
"tooll.io" website updates will take a bit longer, but will be fixed very soon. (dedicated PR is ref'd right above ☝️ , for concerns on this part of the issue)

The installation instructions now reflect the current status of Windows 10, which means no more confusion when you can't find the options. If you didn't know it had changed, you'd be stumped right then and there. Looks good now.
The link on tools.io is less of an issue anyway, as you can still get to the page - it's just a little cumbersome. Definitely not anywhere near as high a priority.
