手机浏览器利用touch event对窗口进行拖拽及缩放操作时太卡！！
可以在拖动元素外层包一个窗口，设置样式overflow:scroll，利用浏览器原生特性实现对元素拖拽效果！
打包到android应用中，部分机型出现不能加载CSS和JS问题
HTC（目前已经测试出）的机型不能正常加载CSS和JS问题，今天排查到URL后加问号不能正常加载，如<link type="text/css" rel="stylesheet" media="screen" href="./css/index.css?1" />
及<script src="./js/index.js?21"></script>，这里加参数为了防止浏览器对其文件进行缓存，但就是因为这个问题造成部分机型不能正常加载，index.js里的缓存机制也受到影响
requestAnimateFrame改善页面渲染性能？
