micro:bit 6.2 Windows Tooling

micro:bitバージョン 6.2 Windows Tooling (Windowsのツール)が読みづらくなっています。

コンフリクトを解消し、翻訳もmicro:bit向けに若干の修正がありそうです。自分がやってみてもいいでしょうか？

ドキュメントの参照先

03-setupのREADME.md L13,15に、本で使われるドキュメントが紹介されていますが、STのものを参照しています。(discoveryのものからリンクが変わっていないのかな、と思うのですが・・・)

訳注に入れるか差し替えてしまうかで、nRF51822 のマニュアルも書いた方がいいかなと思うのですが、いかがでしょうか？
